Tearing perfectly round financiers and banana leaves, she likes to cook up exotic dishes and welcome her guests with original products. She never stops eating and yet never gains an ounce, just returned from a trip around the world and will soon be married!
Maryam, also known as ‘Miss-Know-It-All’, always trusts her instinct and acts as the heart of the operation. Upon her return from Thailand in 2005 she swore only by green papaya and green curry!
Today, after a trek in the Himalayas, it’s Tibetan rice and yoga. Her kitchen always guarantees fireworks of flavor to delight the taste buds of her guests.
